I found this on the net today, thought some of you might be interested in it. It's a rock band, Local H's cover of Britney Spears' Toxic. Yeah, it's a little less guilty to listen to this instead of Britney's version but still, I hate this song.
Yaaaahh, haven't blogged in quite some time, just maybe like..3 weeks? Ok anyway, today I felt how a sprained ankle feels like, feels quite cool eh, your lower shin will be numb. Yah..cool until you try to walk. The way I injured it was pretty dumb, it was during ground sparring during jujitsu training then we had to go knee to knee, preparing to wrestle. The other guy had at least 20-30kg on me so he managed to take me down, whhhooooooooooops, the ankle's not supposed to bend that direction and neither is it supposed to make a sound like "CRUCK". So I just lied there and told my opponent to stop and I had to take a break and see if the injury's serious or not. Haiya, even with a messed-up right ankle I still managed to beat this other guy 3-0 in another round. OK cannot be so proud but yeah, it was pretty satisfying. Yah, satisfying until I tried to walk again.
And so I was correct again, Olinda would be out. It's kinda sad because she definitely can sing better than Sylvester ("SLY OH MY GOD GEDDIT? IT'S SPELLED LIKE HIS NAME AND THEREFORE IT WOULD MAKE A GOOD NICKNAME FOR MY FAVOURITE IDOL. HELLOX I ALSO LYK JAY CHOU LOLX" -unfairly stereotyped sylvester fan). But Taufik definitely deserves the final spot, hell he deserves to be the winner, anyone but Sylvester actually. It's quite obvious that Singapore Idol isn't a talent competition but more of a popularity contest. Not like I'm saying anything you don't know but yah, there are definitely more ah bengs ah lians and "lolx i lubx Energy" little girls than people who are actually not bothered with Olinda's look. Oh well I don't even watch SI that much but I needed something to write, happy?
The people from my course is back from their SO-ANTICIPATED(was) Genting trip and from what I've heard, it wasn't too good. Hah, made the right decision to spend more time with her. I don't know what I've done to deserve it but she has been TOTALLY PERFECT lately. Love her so much. OK anyway, I think I talk enough about her in front of some of you. Stuff like Nic puking, Joash snoring loud enough to keep Nic awake for the whole night in Genting made the trip sound so fun. Oh yah, poor Nic. And Jasmine broke her camera, not like I can do anything to make it come back but erm, I'm sure better things will be in stored for you right? After all the stuff that got stolen and broken maybe Santa Claus will drop you a huge bag of all the Anti-Flag, Vandals and Rufio CDs for Christmas ok?
Oh met Joash, GangHao and ShiMin today to discuss for a project. HAHA Joash actually asked Michelle on his handphone this "Eh if I read an email will the sender know it?". Comedy gold. That made my day.

Anyway, I see that Yellowcard's Only One is released on local radios. If Ocean Avenue didn't make the average radio listener a fan, this will. Much stronger song than Ocean Avenue and Ryan Keys really showed off his vocals here.
