Now, this is the part where I pretend to be listening

I LIKE!

A few of us went down to Club Home on their Indie Friday or whatever they call it, for the first time ever and it was great. The place was smaller and smokier than a Polytechnic guys' toilet but at least the music was decent. I'm only saying that because the DJ entertained my request for a ska song, which was a cover, but still.

Even though there were a few indie kids too afraid to dance because all that moving will spoil their perfectly messed-up hair, my verdict is that:

That of course, is Borat. He has a movie coming out soon and even though there is no doubt that it will be clipped to death by the censors, it should still be a total laughfest. Trust me on that, the movie will be great.

The haze

It was quite surreal and even a little pretty at first, to see the streets of Singapore shrouded in fog. In fact this is how I would imagine London to look like, with their infamous foggy nights. Of course, we have roughly one-tenth of the culture that the capital of Britain has.

Everywhere seems like a photographer's dream, until the smog starts scraping down their throats and tearing up their eyes. Annnd that is happening to me right now, even though I have been indoors for the whole day. I pity the construction workers who are helping to extend the MRT line in my neighbourhood, may their numerous gods bless them.
