Asians

I have recently realised that most Westerners only consider the yellow, slant-eyed people as Asians. Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean are Asians whereas for example, Indians are...Indians.

Come to think of it, I think why Westerners tend to refer to us as Asians is because they can't tell the difference between a Korean and a Japanese. To be honest, neither can I.
